At Senso we deliver first class support by people who understand how critical the systems we supply are. With over 50-years experience our support team can assist with any issue that may accrue, we can fix a majority of issues by remote access which means a minimum down time and no engineers.
Support
We offer a year on year support package, providing software and/or hardware maintenance to the retail and hospitality industry.
Our dedicated support team ready to assist you. From ground level EPoS to Head Office management.
Other services we offer are installation and systems training to give you the skills to manage your EPoS system.
Support we offer:
Remote support - We remote into your system and fix the problem without the need of an engineer. This gives you less down time and allows you to get back to business a lot sooner.
On-line Support Account - Full on-line interactive system, allowing the clients to interact with our technical department to solve any issues that may have occurred.
Weekend support - We are know how important business is over the weekend period. We can provide you support over the weekend for when Monday - Friday is not enough.
Hardware Warranty - Our hardware is covered under a 3 year warranty, the first year includes on-site engineer to fix the problem, 2nd and 3rd year are cover under return to base.
Phone Support - Any problems our dedicated engineers are only a phone call away. Tell them the problem and they can talk you through the process to fix it, if itss to beyond your capability they can remote in to your system whilst on the phone to you.
Standard hours of cover: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm Excludes public holidays
Critical hours of cover: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm Weekends and holidays included
All inclusive hours of cover: Determined by customer requirements
