Senso Top of the Class for Wiltshire College

Returning to college after the Christmas break, Wiltshire students were welcomed with a fresh new look to their food outlets. ABM Catering had taken over the catering contract with and wasted no time in modernising all the food outlets. One of the areas that required modernising were their dated till systems.

ABM Catering contracted Senso Group to see how we could solve their issue. Senso Group’s flexibility and solution gave ABM Catering the easy decision to contract Senso Group to provide a complete EPoS solution for Wiltshire College’s four Campuses. Each Campus required three to four hospitality EPoS terminals, integrated chip and pin and full back office functionality.

Everything was set for the installations and all was running smoothly until the weather looked to jeopardise the installation. Britain had been hit by its worst winter for 20 years, bringing the country to a halt due to the amount of snowfall. All delivery services were cancelled and aeroplanes were grounded at Gatwick and Heathrow, the install looked like it would be delayed.

Senso Group made the decision that they were not going to be beaten by the weather and most of all were not going to let down ABM Catering. Due to the haul on delivery services, Senso Group personally delivered the systems to Wiltshire College and installed the systems on time.
