Book Keeper/Administrator

This new combined position provides an ideal opportunity for someone with book keeping experience, (and ideally experience of using QuickBooks), who wish to expand their horizons and utilize their skills handling detailed, confidential Financial Data. The position is based at our Head Office in Kibworth.

• To keep the Company's Books
• To provide support to the Company Directors
• To manage Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Expenses, VAT Returns, Credit Control, Banking etc.
• To manage Supplier Payments and Account facilities

• You will be Self motivated, able to accept tasks and complete with minimal supervision
• Ideally have some experience of QuickBooks accounting software
• Structured approach to problem solving
• Capable of working as part of a team
• Understanding of UK Accounting practices
• Good communication skills
• Flexible approach to working with a 'can do attitude'
• Honesty and personal integrity is a must
• You must be an organised and methodical number cruncher

Installation/Support Engineer

This new position provides an ideal opportunity for someone with the right attitude wishing to start out in an IT role or who is looking for a new challenge with rapidly growing company. An understanding of PC's is a requirement, in particular Microsoft operating systems, and previous experience of EPoS would be an advantage though not necessary. The position is primarily involves visiting customer sites so a full driving license is a requirement and a company vehicle will be provided.

• System implementation on customer sites
• To provide a point of contact for support to end users
• Fix/replace hardware on customer sites
• Provide customer guidance on installation of EPoS hardware

• You will be Self motivated, able to accept tasks and complete with minimal supervision
• Ideally have some Retail experience in any form.
• Help desk/ support experience would be an advantage though not essential
• Structured approach to problem solving
• Capable of working as part of a team
• Understanding of network infrastructure
• Good communication skills

Visual Merchandising Assistant

Senso specialises in providing innovative, simple and easy to use solutions for people who wish to gain more control over their operations and obtain tangible benefits from IT investment.

The successful candidate will be working with specialist 3D Visual Merchandising software using a photographic studio and assisting the team to generate 3D visual walkthroughs and visual guideline documents for fashion orientated retail stores. The candidate will be expected to take a responsible role and be accountable for the work they produce. This is a fantastic role within a commercial business environment in a rapidly growing business.

The candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills. They need to work under their own initiative and be able to take responsibility for what they do. It is essential that they are computer literate and have experience in using Windows and graphic software i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as Photoshop and Illustrator. You will be experienced in using digital photography and Adobe InDesign. Some sort of 3D software i.e. AutoCAD or 3d Studio Max would be good but not essential.

Full in depth training will be given on the specialist 3D Visual Merchandising software but a general understanding of 3D would be useful. Ideally they would have some sort of retail experience (even if it is working in a retail store on a Saturday!). It is also ideal that they have an eye for fashion, design and visual merchandising.
