Hardware
The Electronic Point of Sale Terminals supplied are IBM SurePOS 500 Express Touch- Screen units , incorporating cash drawer and receipt printer . These are designed specifically for the Retail and Hospitality market and, as such, are extremely durable and reliable. However, included in the price is a 24 x 7 on site hardware maintenance service contract for all of your tills with a guaranteed 4 hour response time. (Beware of cheap imitations).

Support
Electronic Point of Sale Faults/breakdowns are logged on the internet and dealt with immediately when they arrive, by the support team - not by call handlers. If required, advice will be sought from your Implementation Consultant as to your particular configuration. Support is provided to you throughout your normal hours of business.
Ongoing Advice
Our aim is that you are properly and comprehensively trained in how to use the DRS at all levels. In this way you become self sufficient and therefore there should be no requirement for ongoing Consultancy from Senso. However, we are there if you need us - always on hand to offer advice and guidance as your business changes and prospers.
