You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any sensogroup.co.uk content. Any other use of sensogroup.co.uk content requires the prior written permission of Senso Group Ltd©.

4. You agree to use sensogroup.co.uk only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of sensogroup.co.uk. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within sensogroup.co.uk.

The names, images and logos identifying the sensogroup.co.uk, Senso Group Ltd© or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of the sensogroup.co.uk, Senso Group Ltd© and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of the sensogroup.co.uk, Senso Group Ltd©, or any other third party. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6. sensogroup.co.uk content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to the sensogroup.co.uk and/or Senso Group Ltd©, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided “AS IS” and on an “IS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

7. Under no circumstances will the sensogroup.co.uk and/or Senso Group Ltd© be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of sensogroup.co.uk regardless of the form of action.

8. Senso Group Ltd© does not warrant that functions contained in sensogroup.co.uk content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that sensogroup.co.uk or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

9. Senso Group accepts payments made via credit or debit cards. Due to banking regulations additional costs will be added to payments made using Credit or Debit cards. Senso Group will try to advise on these charges before payment is made. If Senso Group fail to notify the customer of these charges, the charges will still apply. Credit Card payments will have an additional 2.5% + vat included on payment. Debit Cards payments will be charged an additional £2.50 + vat on payment. The additional charges will cover administration handling fee's and additional bank charges for Card Payment usage.

August Monthly Offer Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to all purchases made under the August Monthly Offer branding, these terms and conditions run in conjunctions with all other Senso Group terms and conditions and do not exempt any customer from any individual stipulations that have been pre-arranged to the agreement of the contract.

Offer price shown is exclusive of vat and shipping costs, these will be applied before final contract is agreed.

Shipping charges apply to all August Monthly Offers and will be charged at £34.99+vat, this will be added to the final price unless collection is stated before the contract is agreed.

Senso Group does not accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit unless valid proof is provided. Senso Group use a third party delivery service, any damage outside Senso Groups premises will need to be dealt with directly with the third party delivery company.

Data configuration sheet/s will be provided upon acceptance of order. Senso Group require sheet/s to be completed correctly, if the data sheets are incorrect or incomplete Senso Group will charge an additional hourly charge of £85.00+vat for every additional hour sent correcting software data, alternatively the forms can be returned to be completed.

Senso Group minimum payment terms will be set at 50% of total to be paid on order, 25% of the total will be paid on data configuration, final 25% of total to be paid prior to shipping. Senso Group require full payment before item/s will be released.

August Month Offer support will be 30 day telephone support and include SysAID support. No remote support will be offered unless additional support costs are agreed. Additional support can be offered at a yearly rate based on Senso Groups support pricing.

Money Back Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to all purchases regardless of any additional money back guarantee we may offer:

The following restrictions apply to products which specifically state they are covered by our full money back guarantee. Before purchase please read our full terms and conditions. Non-adherence of these conditions will void the guarantee.

Senso Group's Money Back Guarantee will only be accepted with an approved Senso Money Back Certificate and a signature of both parties is present in the appropriate section.

Senso Group will reimburse all refunds after a complete inspection of the returning items. Senso Group employee a 10 day refund policy. Senso Groups 10 day policy starts after the items have been returned to Senso Groups head office and a full evaluation has been completed.

When returning used items, covered by our money back guarantee if not completely satisfied, please follow these steps:

(a) Senso Group will not reimburse any guarantee for damaged, altered or items that are not in its original condition.

(b) Retuning items will need to be returned to Senso Head office within 30 days of installation or delivery. Failure to comply will deemed void any guarantees.

(c) Returning items will be returned in its original packaging and any damages on return will deem the guarantee void.

Senso Group reserves the right to refuse refund if the product is damaged, altered or not in its original state. For a full reimbursement Senso Group require the complete product to be returned within 30 days of delivery and to be returned in the original packaging.

Senso Group reserves the right to forfeit the guarantee if we suspect any abuse of our money back guarantee offer. Money Back Guarantee cannot be used for a trial of the software and hardware or software.

Money Back Guarantee only applies to Hardware and Software. Money Back Guarantee does not include any services. Such services include (Installation costs, data configuration costs, training costs, cabling costs, day rates, Software enhancements).

Money Back Guarantee will only be applied if the item has been viewed through demonstration of software or hardware.

The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
